No you can’t place your order through phone call but you can easily place your order by our website or IZMASHOP.COM mobile app.

Yes you will be informed when your items will reach at the service center so you can picked from there .Orders can be picked up on demand from Leopards, DHL or TCS service centers.
IZMASHOP.COM delivers all over Pakistan through its own management or coordinating partners e.g. TCS and Leopards, DHL etc.
  • You can click on Cancel button to cancel your desired order.
  • Click on My Account and then click on “My orders “in the drop down list
  • Once your order will be seen, click on the Cancel button
  • Fill the cancellation form
  • Choose items you want to cancel
  • Choose cancellation reason and then click on Submit
You will received regular updates about the status of your order via emails. After your order has left our storeroom and it’s on the way to you, you can also track its status by signing in to your account, under "my order" on your wanted order or you can track your order on related courier entry.
